Acontece neste domingo (18), a 63ª edição do Emmy, o Oscar da TV norte-americana.

A premiação escolhe as melhores séries, minisséries, reality shows e filmes produzidos para a TV, além de distribuir prêmios por atuação, direção e roteiro.

Os vencedores de categorias mais técnicas --como maquiagem, direção de arte e direção de fotografia-- foram revelados no dia 10 de setembro, com destaque para a série "Boardwalk Empire", que levou sete prêmios.

A cerimônia acontece em Los Angeles, a partir das 21h, e terá apresentação de Jane Lynch (a treinadora Sue Sylvester, de "Glee"), além de participação de artistas como Kaley Cuoco ("The Big Bang Theory"), Lea Michele ("Glee"), Ashton Kutcher ("Two and a Half Men") e Ian Somerhalder ("Vampire Diaries").

No Brasil, o prêmio será transmitido pelos canais a cabo Warner Channel (a partir das 20h) e E! Entertainment Television (a partir das 19h).
